Delivery

SHIPPING METHODS:

Calamari Ltd. manipulate with products exclusively in Dugi Rat, Croatia, where are offices are located.

Delivery of the ordered products is carried out by courier GLS (Europe) and DHL (World).

All products will be packaged to avoid any damage during transportation.

Buyer shall upon receiving the shipment check for any damage to the products.

Damage must be reported to the person who delivered it and refuse to accept.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO:

 


The buyer has the right to return goods within 10 days if ordered item does not fit. When you return the ordered items Customer bears the cost of return. If there is mistake made by CALAMARI j.d.o.o. or a malfunction of the ordered product, return costs shall be carried by CALAMARI j.d.o.o.RETURN


 

RECLAMATIONS:

Reclamation will be accepted in writing by mail: calamarishop@gmail.com. In case of reclamation, customer returns the product to the Seller at the cost of the Seller.

Seller is obliged to Customer exchange the product or return to Customer the full amount paid within 30 days from receipt of written complaints.
Do not worry, web shop never had any reclamation or return, we are doing our job right.
